Just got a CTX 3030,and was wondering where to get the gone hunting program that everyone talks about?
Google search it and it will carry you to his website where you can download it.

I installed the GH program on mine as well but it had no love for our Canadian coinage , would not detect it , was great on air test of everything else , , there must be a way to open it up to let in some of that steel our new coins have in it , I do have a Canadian coin program from minelab Canada that they sent me and that picks it all up

I sent you a file that should work. I don't think you want to run combined audio because many of your coins will have iron sound. I set it in 4 tone conductive (50 tone would work also) and tweaked the freq of each bin. Renamed it Canadian Coin2. Try it and let me know how it works. Walt

Sorry, I think I'm going to by the cheapest laptop I can find just for my Exchange 2 program and password protect it. My wife and kids have mine all scr?#%ed up! Software won't run and I've uninstalled and reinstalled it twice.

Hey fletch,,, I played around with that Canadian coin program and it hits on all our coinage, but the sound it makes for new dime is same as new quarter and I beleive penny , do I then copy down what each reads at and move the bins around in exchange 2 so I can get a seperate tone for thies coins? Hope this makes sense or iam way off on my thinking

Well I tweaked that Canuck coin program and ran all my current coins past the coil and got the vdi reading for each one to keep as a reference , still have good discrimination from a lot of iron except in the Canadian coin range wich I opened up abit more , moved the bins around abit and changed the tone and now I think I have the perfect program for where I live
