Excal II Modifications: Who Does Them?

When my warranty expires, Id like to have a modification done to my machine. Id like removable Gray Ghost Amphibians installed and if possible a similar screw on type connection for the search coil cord at the control box end. Naturally, my Excal must still be waterproof when the modifications are completed.

I live in Central Florida so I called Kellyco since they are an approved Minelab repair facility but they dont do such modifications....even on their own after hours.

Who can I contact to talk about this and get it done when the time comes?

    Thanks....

OBN on here does those types of mods, but, I think he's on extended vacation at the present time.

Dan, call Kellyco back and ask to speak to Dave or Barry in Minelab repair department, they will do the mods.....

OBN also has some vids showing you how to do your own with his kits. But he's definitely the man you want to talk to when his hunting season is over.

Thanks Guys, I'm out playing pirate for the summer n fall and still testing the coil change endcaps, so far 200 plus hours, under, in and over and work perfect.
