Ever wanted a solid cover for the CTX coil?

You can have one, you just can't get it from Minelab. Tesoro makes a solid cover for their 11" coil which fits perfectly on the pro coil if you take the stock pro-coil cover off. Even with the stock coil cover left on, the Tesoro cover fits but is really snug.

Looks like a frisbee, just curious what benefit does a solid cover have over just the regular?

It doesn't hang up in the sticks and stubble like the open coil.

Good idea. I have trouble in field stubble with the open coil. Do you think Tesoro makes one that fits the 17" CTX coil? LOL.

LOL, with the price of their equipment, maybe we can talk them into it! Bound to be 10X cheaper than a Minelab version!

I did think a 11 inch full cover might be beneficial in some detecting situations. Got one ordered. Thanks
