Sensitivity - Ground Neutral vs Ground Difficult

I ran across this video showing a simple test for whether to run with ground neutral vs ground difficult. I guess this is applicable more for those who want to run high manual sensitivity? Basically, if you can turn it up with less noise on ground neutral than difficult, that shows you should be on ground neutral, right? How much of an effect does neutral vs difficult have with auto sensitivity?

It would be same comparison as in manual. Auto will raise the sense until some predetermined threshold is reached and stop. If your ground can handle more you will get more. Switch between difficult and neutral in auto and see what level the sense gets to in each mode.
