The price for new ones are pretty much set by Minelab. It's the extras and promotional stuff that can make the difference. If there's something you particularly need, try to get something of good quality rather than a bunch of freebie junk. Check with our sponsor dealers here on Tnet. You might also check your local detector store for more personal service. Also Craig's list and E-bay are good sourced for used machines at a much lower price.
