My Killer B headphones DID NOT work with my CTX. Don't know about the Wasp.

Headphone jack must be stereo, mono jacks will not work. the voice module is 1/4 inch jack so need 1/4 inch stereo headphones. If your talking about the waterproof headphones then you will need to have a 3030 connector put on. The stock headphones and stock voice module is NOT waterproof.

I use the killer bee stinger – single-sided headphone – on my 3030, with the wireless module.

It works fine that way, but the volume is not very loud.

As Jeff's info shows, you either need a mono to stereo adaptor, or need to plug directly into the WM 10 wireless module. Sunray Pro Gold for CTX also has a special button to do the conversion.

Thanks Everyone! One last question, do all CTX-3030 detectors work with the WM 10 Wireless Audio Module, even the older ones?

Has anyone used the Garrett Z-Link wireless set up on the CTX 3030? I tried it on mine and it did connect up and seemed to work doing air test.

Why the hell would you use the Z-link when Minelab already has the WM-10 system that it comes with. The Wm-10 has less lag time than the z-link too.

BTW - the z-link is proprietary and wont conntect to any other sender/receiver. Same with the WM system.
