Hello all...my past few hunts have had my detector acting up. Silver copper dime penny etc, the tones haven't been what they once were. My buddy told me turn up variability...so I did from 8 where it's always been, to 10. That fixed it. Nothing has ever been messed with the grounds have been the same. I don't know why it's just changed, 8 was always great! So I would send it in however I do not want to wait 7 months to get it back! Thanks for looking! Nick
