About the time we start thinking that a Large Cent is hard to find in Minnesota, we find this. IMG_5826.JPG Its a 1852 Three Cent Silver. My partner found it while I was busy digging square nails just a few feet away. It gave a good solid signal that turned weak after it came out of the hole. Much like an old 22 bullet will do. Being so small it was also hard to pinpoint and looked like a lot like a piece of aluminum scrap when it was recovered. I am posting a photo of where we were hunting so you can see that we were a wee bit off the beaten path.

That is fantastic! I'd like to see a better pic of it if possible.
