Hello everyone. I just started metal detecting this week and was wondering if someone could help me with the laws of metal detecting on public places. I see youtube videos of people hunting in parks/school yards/etc and am wondering the laws for this and is it legal in my area. I live in fulton ms, but grew up around the Amory/Hatley area most of my life. Anyway, thanks for any feed back and look forward to time on the forum!!
