Any interest in Mark Twain, CW site hunting?

I'm not sure, but it might be possible to hunt some good areas near Florida, MO (Mark Twain Lake area) including Samuel Clemens' property and the site of what is said to be a small Civil War skirmish. If I could permission, how many would be interested in hitting that site?

I'm not sure if I'll still be in Springfield when you all get out there... but if I am, and money & time isn't an issue, I'd make a best effort to meet up. It looks to be about 4 hours north of me.

I hate to be the one to bring it up but most of that area is a state park. Is the property located outside the park?
