    somebody is paying taxs on this property unless the state took it for back taxs.might be worth a lookie-see! sounth highway 94 in st. charels county is some expensive land and being developed fast!

    there is a 30 foot difference between the normal river stage and the homes elevation according to the long/lat that you posted. the river stage at St. Charels Mo today is 27.33 flood stage is at 25.0 looks close to me plus we are going to get more rain here and north of here. it looks like the ole homestead may be around for awhile. highway 94 is flooded and impassable in most areas.
