I was pokin around net and found this forum.................looks like a fun group. I have spent the last 20+ years as hydrographic surveyor and ocean engineering. I worked on a few sucessful salvage ops and a bunch were Rum and OJ are in order. Good Hunting!

I ran into to that size limitation you're talkin about but found if you right click on the thumbnail of the pic, then go to edit, then click on Image, the click on attributes, you can reduce the width and height resolution so that the image is less than 128 KB.

I've done this on several of my photos and the quality looks about the same...
