    This is me

Don't know why I'm posting it.

Just remember something my dad always said. " It's not the miles that ages a person, but it's all them detours."

I don't know if anyone ever mentioned it you, but you do resemble David Carradine; only alive

Yes many times since I was a teenager, something I'm not proud of.

Also been told I look like Jimmy Stewart.

Yup, that was the other name that escaped me at the time...

I'm really disappointed in the people who posted before me not noticing this

P.S. Be thankful, not bad looking guys.. I worked with a guy that looked like a cross between Barry Manilow and a Cabbage Patch Baby.... No lie

If any Hollywood people are reading this, and you think I can somehow make a fortune playing a double, I am so honered to resemble these late great actors.

If not please ignore this statement.

PS, I used to like to watch David Carradine on the History Channel. (Wild West Tech)

Jimy Stewart was and is one of my favorite actors.

Whoa, now there's the treasure. My wife and I would LOVE a grandchild.
Ron, are you a cabinet maker or wood turner? Just wondering by your sign-on.

    Thanks Bill,

Yes grandkids are definately a treasure. I have two granddaughters at this time. One from each of my two daughters.

Now both of my girls are due in august. Ultrasounds show that another girl and a boy will join our family.

As far as the woodcraft part goes, I worked in the handcrafted log home industry, and had my own business making rustic furniture for about 10 years.

After my wife passed away last year, I put my website on hold for a while, and don't know if I will ever make any more.

Heres a link to some pictures of a small fraction of the rustic pieces I've made, using Western Juniper and Lodgepole Pine.
