My first one was a jetco mustang. Then I got a compass yukon 71b. ETC........ I was lucky, my Dad had a archery/Metal detector store. I still have all the MD I have obtained through out the years, except the mustang.

I have a Jetco "Mustang" metal detector that I paid about $75 for, back in the late 70's,it took 1 9volt battery and has 1 knob and a speaker, very light weight :laughing7: ,I found a 5 gallon metal bucket about a foot under the ground once.
