I don't know why all the pictures I put up are sideways or upside down. Not sure how to fix it. They are correctly orientated on my phone

That's alright because my phone does the same thing.
I've given up posting images from my phone. I email them to myself (or email a link to a folder I put them in) and save them to my computer. Then I edit them on my computer if need be (which is when they show up disoriented). I can then crop the images and rotate if necessary.
