Bowie is one of the first artists that I really got into. I had just over 30 Bowie albums until a few years ago when my 3rd floor apt flooded because they tore the old roof off and didn't tarp because hey, probably not gonna rain over the weekend, eh? So I basically lost most of my albums in general including the bulk of my Bowie collection.

I had the pleasure of seeing him in St. Paul, MN on the Glass Spider Tour because someone I was going to Tech school with won some free tickets on the radio and just happened to ask me if I liked Bowie.. ah YA! His voice during Loving The Alien was like none I've ever heard before or since. Absolutely phenomenal. The Sound and Vision set which I managed to save from the flood has helped fill the void of all the other albums I lost.

R.I.P. my Bowie collection on vinyl....
