Won't be around too much this weekend but you caught my attention!
Good tunes bud.:icon_thumright:
Here's some songs I loved as a kid.......

Trooper had a lot more popular hits than this but it's one of my favourites....

From my home city......

Aldo Nova rocks!

Keeping it in the 80's.....

Gotta have this big hit.....

Speaking of hits, Tom Cochrane has a bunch but I like the early stuff with Red Rider the best....

Originally in "Max Webster" (who would tour with Rush in the late 70's) Kim Mitchell had bigger hits on his own......

This was their biggest hit along with "Rock You"

Gotta keep it rock'n with some more Triumph!

Heading back to earlier times, these guys from Calgary also had "Sweet City Woman" on the charts....

Best talent EVER to come out of Winnipeg.....

Off to the West Coast (Canuck side) for Chilliwack...

Speaking which, they were first known as "The Collectors" and although their only hit was "Lydia Purple," I recommend the next album "Grass and Wild Strawberries."

I'd have to say that April Wine, Guess Who/BTO, and Rush are the greatest rock bands ever out of Canada but Gordon Lightfoot is a national treasure!

Getting a little more modern here.....

This band had bigger hits (like Blue Rodeo) but I play what I like best......

Posted this one before but it needs to be here!

Pretty sure that Killer Dwarves, Sword, and Kick Axe were posted on your Time to Rock thread but I don't think anyone's posted this band.
Although O.V. usually has everything covered and may have this somewhere!

Apparently they toured with Maiden and Fastway across the U.S. in the early 80's.

I used to get them mixed up with Molly Hatchet.

Being a metal head, it's no wonder that I like the early stuff the best.....

Beefed up the drums a bit with the new guy (and one of the best drummers ever!)

End it off with a big hit....
