Wow great find, I'm no grade expert but IMO if i was to grade it...it would be a MS minimum. MS60+. A coin in that shape is worth 250-500.

Beautiful lady but you couldn't consider a MS grade with the obvious scratches on the cheek. At most, it would warrant an AU grade. Still a very sexy lady.
