Coin diameter 19 mm (in the photo - on a sheet of graph paper) 3/4 inch.
Found on the site of former tsar military base, in the place where manege for Russian officers was situated.

Of the manege just the wall beds remained, a sport stadium was to be built there.

The coin is dated 1898, and until 1918 Poland was under the Russian annexation.
In Poland the coin is worth approx. 100-120 USD.
Unfortunately, under Polish law it is forbidden to take such coin abroad.
