2.5 pound silver ingot

found this about two weeks ago, detecting with my 10 year old neice, well needless to say we were very excited and found this in a feild that i thought was worked out
i had found an 1812 seminole war button in this feild so there has to be some history here, just today found a bottle dump and worked it but am still looking for some more ingots. forgot to say that didnt want to post till i tested this ingot with acid and it came out creamy cloudy which is better than 925 silver. WOW what a rush....

UPDATE: 10-06-09 had appraised a 500.00 unsure really of purity but its silver

update 10-21-09 had xrf test done today its 85 percent lead and lead type cast sorry for the disappointment...:

Nice find! keep going you might find more! I wish I found an ingot even one made out of led. would still look good, maybe even paint it gold , would be a good conversation starter.
