It comes down to this
2009 season is over and the pile isn't going to get any bigger. This was just as interesting as any of the past seasons. A great variety of finds and a few firsts along the way.
groupshots of my relics and buttons, coin collection keepers, jar-coins and cannonball
some items might be harder to see, closeups available upon request
there's really too many items to show them all individually, but I will try to give you the best shots I can
.......and the dynamite goes....yeeah BOOOM baaabay!!

IH, you have been a great addition to this forum this year. You and Patch always amaze me with your posts loaded with coppers and relics. 2010 is going to be better than last year for you!
I would love to see a close-up of the one barrel tap.

Oh great spigot masta.
I agree, it was a very interesting year and we added some great sites to our circuit, and definitely proved there is many good early spots left to find. Not even thinking about it, there's still two good areas with lots of fields that we never got to so that's something to look forward to in the Spring. This Winter I hope to get my stuff organized and look at 2010 as a new beginning, maybe even start hoarding all my finds.
Anyway, give me a shout for that coffee. I was going to suggest on a Sunday and go down and see if there's any coin tables set up, but I guess today is Sunday. Or maybe a hammer and chisel and hit the field.

I'll take the coffee over chisel, I've battling a headcold for the past couple of days and a trip outside would be what the doctor would suggest

Re: It comes down to this
Sweet barrel taps, IH. I love digging them on sites, because they tell me there were staggering drunkards dropping coins nearby.
