How do you find Gold coins? Reply: 'By finding lots of Silver ones..'
A real man thinks about detecting every 6 seconds
Like I mentioned earlier before I had some PC problems.....gotta love finding buttons! They tell the story of the sites we detect.........here are a few of the buttons I have found.
Keep on Digging! John
Sometimes you need to look back to a time that made you laugh and smile!...... The memories of all the great times..... will always be there!!
I like those early French finds but unfortunately all our sites predate those buttons. Our group of three has only found two that I can think of, one unit having fought in the Rev War so it makes some sense to be here, but the other was a Marine Artillery so no explanation on it. It's too bad that earlier Marines buttons were not marked because I've found about 100. Still happy with them though.

Nice ones. I seen the image titles before the pictures opened and expected some numbered buttons from France... then I see a Kings 8th! You must be doing your digs in QC.
PS... I have the same pewter 60th but not near as nice.
