Roman Coin Found in Northern Michigan

Found this one two years ago on a local beach. Boy, was I ever surprised. If anyone can PM the era this coin was minted it would be very well appreciated.

The only thing I can really tell you about your coin, is that it is a Laureate head Bust right of a guess would be Antoninus Pius, or Trajan. But that's all it is a guess

Nice call on the ID Silver Searcher.

Here is a better picture of Trajan:

and a better picture of Antoninus Pius:

Someone else asked for a picture of the reverse side of the coin.

How about scanning in the other side, it would help make identifying your coin much easier?

Its up to you, but I would put it in an electrolysis (12v) for about 10 minutes at a time to clean it up a bit. That way we would have some letters (I think, I see shadows) to ID it.

Plus we need the weight & size? (looks to be a Dupondus or AS so about 27mm?)
