    first spanish silver found at "hunted out" site

    this was the first and only good target i dug at this site. swung right over to it. and to my amazement this little piece of history popped out of the ground. one of my best find so far for sure

    I Know what you mean.The gold ring in my best finds,some guy dug a hole for about 2 hours and found some cool stuff .When he was done & gone, i thought let me go check this spot out.The gold ring was right on top i didn't even need a detector! pure luck

    That's a nice little cut piece of an 8 reale. 1/8 so a 1 real. We have Spanish silver here but never dug a cut one, seen it, or heard of one being found.
