    ID Stencil from 55th Massachusetts burial site "HARRISON PERIL CO K 55TH MASS"

    I dug this identification stencil at the burial site that I discovered the 19 African American soldiers of the 55th Massachusetts Volunteers.

    It reads;

    HARRISON PERIL CO. K. 55TH REG. MASS. V.

    It is one of the rarest relics I have dug.
