Holding the past in one's hand is exciting to say the least.
There are three kinds of people,Those who don't know.
Those who don't care.
And survivors.

Awesome old ring!!! Just wondering if it could be a seal ring? It looks like it could make an impression in wax.

Just a beautiful find!
Hope you're wearing it right now?
If you don't want it, I'll take it off your hands
I love hunting old relic sites . . . as I feel
the imprint of past lives often linger there.
I view relic sites as windows to the past, sacred places
in a way, yet at the same time attesting to the reality
that the past is still very much a part of our today!

Wear old ring is dangerous. They are fragile.Luchshe store in a box.
I can not sell the ring to another country. Russian law says. More than 50 years may not be sold abroad. This smuggling.

I completely understand kamgort, I certainly wouldn't want to get you in any trouble.
I sometimes forget how good we have it here in Canada. We have a bit more flexibility
with our laws in regard to antiquities here.
If I owned that ring here in Canada, I could do whatever I wanted with it.
Cheers,
Dave
