    stephen penny

    here is the first hammered coin i ever found its a Stephen penny Watford type moneyor RODBERD London mint 1153 to 1157

    all coins and artefacts shown are found with a metal detector unless otherwise stated

    I have seen a few, and quite a few found were I live, but never had one. Only ever had 1 Norman coin...William1st
