I just bought a Garrett GTA 1000 from my friend a few weeks ago(Thanks Dogpound). Since I started MD'ing, I have found 50 wheaties, 15 rosie's, 6 mercs. 3 silver nics, and 1 silver quater. About 30 bucks in just clad, and I've haven't even stareted counting the pennies yet. Oh yea I also got 2 buff nics to. 1 class ring from 1969(it's 18kt), another is 14 kt, and 1 is 10kt. Also a gold cross and some ear rings. This hobbie is great!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow! Great finds, especially the 18k class ring! Looking forward to pics of your finds when you get ahold of the camera! Since you've found this much cool stuff in only a few weeks of detecting, I think you've either found a golden hotspot, or else you skip sleep to detect 24/7. lol. Andi
