Folks,

Most people who've been detecting for awhile manage to dig up a few items that are a bit special....doesn't have to be the oldest or most valuable but at least a bit out of the ordinary.

Feel free to add to the thread...I'll start the ball rolling with a sterling silver U.S. air force wings circa WW11.

Mine would be a small silver locket with a lock of hair inside . It says Mary on one side and has a cross with a sheep on the other side. Also two nice ancient coins that I found in Germany. One is 70BC and the other Roman 270 AD . Nothing worth a whole lot but they have stories.
