I'd have to say these are my best Finds "yet" this year.Relics-That very old Keen kutter knife.(that also looks like my oldest Pop top) , Coins are-2 1876 seated dimes (one a great shape carson city ,the other barely legible), a 03 Barber dime,1883 v nickle, 2 shield nickles (one is 1872 the other not legible) 2 indian heads (04,o6) one buffalo, 3 war nickles, one 42 guarter and,25 wheats. Jewlerey- One Silver heart pendent, 2 silver rings and one gold plated ring and a little sanndle with diamonds all over it (dont know if they are real or not), Oh yea and the Giant wet lump of conterfiet Cash now in the Sheriffs possetion. 2006 was my first year detecting and the finds sort of reflected that... i have no doubt they will get better as i find better places to hunt........my best finds were as follows:
2005 girls class ring (still pending return)

2 mercs
2 silver rosies
somewhere around 30 wheats
boy scout knife
some kind of military pin
couple silver belt buckles
8 or 9 tax tokens
and about $50 in clad
this year i plan on making better record of my finds so i can give an exact account for 2007
