Awesome button, who's Free2detect? Oh yeah, that blonde avatar character. She's got some great insight, so there! Hey, some particulars on the buton, depth, indication, terrain type. For us less than imaginative types please?!?

I have and Ike jacket given to me by an old retired policeman that dates to about 1946. It is worn and slick on the elbows and I started to throw it away. I was told to hang on to it because one button was worth more than the whole jacket! The buttons are two sizes one about half the size of the other and are brass with Tulsa Police Department in raised letters on the front and Waterbury Button Co. Conn. raised letters on the back. The new uniform buttons are just generic that are cheaply stamped "Police". JIM

nice finds!
hey I've posted 200+ year old coins on this site and got no comments. You'll just have to get used to it, or find a pic of Heather Locklear and use it as your icon...*L*

Hey O7, you've got some GREAT finds! Now copy paste that after your next post! Remember, most of us just get p.o. ed because we wouldn't know a pre-1800 let alone most early 1800 coins if we did find them! Still waiting to break that 1800 barrier.

All capital letters on a computer means you're yelling at us! ;) Are you mad at us or just didn't know?

I used to type all capital letters so I could Read easier, bad eyesight. But got to many complaints from people who acted like "English Teachers" now I just strain my eyes to read posts ???
