1806 Pillar Dollar... Old Housesite Find

OK.. after a great weather week.. we got 5" of snow.. so I have been redoing my displays and getting pictures of some of the cooler items...

This is a 1806 Pillar Dollar I dug for an old housesite.. nothing but a foundation and chimney now.. I dug this and a halfway decent 2 Cent piece on the same day. Relic wise I got a Civil War Federal Office spur and a dozen or so flat buttons. The dollar was only about 3" in the ground about 2 feet from the foundation.. went off like a rocket when I hit it!!

Nice find!! I have a lot of years of neat finds that I would love to show, all I need is a camera and the knowledge to post them.
