No, Lithuania, but i live in the city called Memel(in German) so there is a lot of German relics because it was Prussia almost all the time, till 1920s.

Amazing finds! What is that thing that says Fern-verkehr?

It’s a medal-badge for German police day, they got 8 medals of different writings at the same time. Not very valuable but still a nice find.
