I take it you found it somewhere in GB? This first picture I found on Pinterest which only mentioned it was in the British museum and from the Neolithic age. I also believe your artifact had longer extended barbs once similar to the other picture also an example in the British museum and saying these types were also dating up to the early bronze age. So what would that be 5 to 6 thousand years ago.?
