Grading question

I had this at a F-12, but am reconsidering. Not an MD find, just my most favorite coin in my collection. Grade?

IMHO: I'm torn between VF-30 and XF-40 (or a bit lower). The coin appears to have attributes of both grades. ( I'm not a professional grader like many of the members here).

I will sit back an wait for the more experienced graders speak up. Looking forward to a lesson in coin grading

You could send it in and get it graded and out in a labeled case. Nice coin!!
