I had been detecting underwater less than a year when I found this. I thought it had to be fake and just put it in my BC pocket. when we got back to the boat we both emptied our pouches and went through some awesome finds, when we were done I remembered the fake ring in the BC pocket and said I had one more ring...but its fake. When I took it out the sparkle lit up the boat in the sun. It was real, 5 mine cut diamonds in white gold. two separate jewelers said it was over 100 years old and was worth over $1000 . My wife mugged me for it.
