It's really hard when you dig really toasty coins! Or Buttons! Due to the lines in the item, I first thought it was a GW button. I had it 100% identified today by a notable coin dealer, after I realized the size was wrong for a GW button, well, anyway it's a 1783 Georvius Triumpho copper. These were made in England at the end of the Revolutionary War.
