Jevgenijss those are some excellent finds. That is beautiful that you are preserving history for future generations. Over here in the USA a lot of our old battle sites are destroyed for housing development or strip malls. Some over here are working against time to recover what they can so our children and our children's children will get to enjoy these artifacts also.

A lot of treasure hunters here in the states dream of finding even part of an old firearm. It looks like you found a divisions worth. Congratulations.

thanks for all your replies , here some pictures of other guns I have found ,some of them are a little bit restored and ready for exposition... a couple of PPSH different kinds , MG 42 and MG 34 panzer version , some of big caliber - UB 12,7 sm it was found near soviet aircraft IL-2 crash site .... And my find from yesterday - PZ VI Tiger tracks

Yep it was lying at 2 meter dept in swamp and weights about 90 kilo , one track - 29 kg... Tiger is rare find in my location , there was only 45 tigers in my country during 1944-45 period , it was 502 and 510 heavy tanks abteulung , in 45 two squads from 510 battalion was sent by the sea to Berlin defense so till capitulation was only 502 and 1\3 of 510 battalions which was equipped with heavy Tiger tanks and both them was not complete even at half from their start quantity... I have dug many tank battlefield places in my country have a spectacular finds of this theme , but the Tiger tiles is in highest demand of it's rarity... I also have parts From PZ V Panther , PZ IV , Stug III , IS , T-34 , and even Sherman tanks - yes they was here , USA sent it to USSR by Lend lease program...

Yep it's a front hull , it was lying at 2,5 meter depth , on the last picture it's washed up for foto ....

After looking at all the photos of the weapons and helments I couldn't help but be reminded just what a terrible war that was. All those helments.,.all that gear, all those lives lost . They are certianly powerful reminders of just how sad war really is.

Are you digging by hand? 2,5 meters is Deeeeep and to get those heavy things up? Do you have any big machine helping you?

Your finds are incredible! I was wondering about one thing - you must come across live explosives fairly often. What do you do when you find an unexploded artillery shell? Do you call in the police? I hope you keep safe!

Luck? Research? One fact shows through, you know what you are doing. Your restoration processes
are fantastic! I also hope you can put these war relics in a museum. After all, the German engineering is to be admired. There is an outfit from the Isle of Wight that has a program on our History/Military TV channel. They restore Tanks! It is absolutely amazing what they are doing. Some projects take years to complete, but they have one of the three working Tiger Panzers in existence.

Jevgenijss, you are finding some amazing stuff. Not only that, if the cleaned up weapons you have shown us originally looked as bad as the ones you just found, you are very, very good at cleaning them up!
