Hi!
First of all I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Jarek and I am from Poland.I discovered this huge MD forum few years ago.I'm rookie in MD (I'm "digging" since 2004).As you can see, my English sucks :) (I hope this Its only meter of the time). When I decide to change My firs metal detector (It was Polish "Denarius") to Minelab Quattro MP my adventure beggin's. I am some kind of coin/relict shooter.I'd like to share with you some of my best finds. In Poland law it's very mess up - no one relay now its MD illegal or not :D (Metal Detectors are everywere, don't need any permission to buy one. But you cannot use it...At least most of the times.
At firs this Roman denarius (I posted this coin on Findmall yesterday).

Hello!
Romans was using "Amber Route" (100BC-300) in Poland.Amber was very valuable and rare stuff. It was big venture to organise caravans, guards and travel few years in heart of Barbaricum ;).They spend loots of silver during this journey's .

I am a coin collector, and I congratulate you on the interesting and scarce coins that you have dug.
Are you finding the Roman coins in one general area, or just an occasional lucky dig? How deep are the denarii sinking into the ground after 1800 or so years? I hope you find a lot more. Good Luck!

Hello wagbert!

Most of my coins are from one huge area(few cultivation field's betwen 3 village). After plough "they" are on random deep (0"-10").Most of them are in bad shape.tomorrow i place some photos how they look like after "tractor trip" ;).
Other thing, some of my friends spend on this same fields loots of hours and didn't found nothing "Roman"...I guess this is my beginner luck.
