    my best

    been detecting for 6 years now and so far my oldest coin is 1843 large cent. My best find is probably an old gold elgin pocketwatch 24 jewel(still works) Best day found 2 class rings a 10k yellow gold from 1969 and a 10k white gold from 1964 both from local high schools. Also 2 1899 ih pennies a 1941 merc dime and a very old lock with an eagle on the front.

    It's nice unearthing that stuff isn't it! There's lots more to be found, even older ones yet. Nice finds you got here, keep on digging!

    I have a digital camera but I use the pc at work for now but getting a computer soon. Oh the lock has a winged lion on it not an eagle.
