Here's a coin to make your heart jump out of your chest. Found this one at a local school, about 4" deep. The scan doesn't do it justice - it would be VF+ coin without the corrosion. Oddly, and I know this is hard to believe, but this is the second one I've found. Got one in PA when i was a teenager and immediately sold it to buy a new detector. Life is weird sometimes.

I have NOT found a 1909 "S" vdb yet.........but found a 1909 vdb,and a 1922 plain cent..............wonder what my 22 p would go for on e-bay........not in as nice a shape as yours but I still posted it................

Congratulations on finding that coin in such grrreat shape! Now, I gotta find one of those too! Except being in NY it might not be that easy. Beautiful coin!
