I have one that unfortunately is missing the nice part, the seal itself, but the holder is kind of neat.

Amazingly (I think)..... all these were found in 2009. I got them all except the top Georgian one which Dad got. Definately my best year for these, with a nice early round type in top condition!

Great thread this this is my best 8) 13th-14th century.....Vessica Lead alloy seal . Reads... + S GIL[B] TI FIL I WILL CLERICI- Seal of Gilbert, Son of William the ClerK.

So, looking at all these seals, I'm starting to think that's what this is. Originally I thought it was just a pendant - the bottom appears to be smooth, without design.
