Gypsy,
no. My focus is on these two coins alone
I want to become an expert on them, or
at least one of them :P

Re: SILVER EAGLES
Oh man you got a steal on those eagles,must have caught them just listed or a major coup'de snipe. I usually dont but bullion graded but at a price like that no way to turn it down,graded by NGC too is what really got me,they and PCGS are the 2 best grading companies,now get a safe and start piling them suckers in there, it might be rainy someday :}

Re: SILVER EAGLES
Shoot,
like I said, I'm not into coin collecting.
Saw an ad in "Smithsonian" magazine; I do follow
gold, silver, and platinum prices.
It's a one time deal thing; (new customers only),
think they just want to get your name and info so they
can sell you more. They push IRA investments
in precious metal coins.
Even tried to sell me other items when I called in
the order.
But heck, if I can buy silver at spot or below,
and its in a certified coin, why not.
Think it is an excellent price at the current
conditions, time will tell.

Beautiful coins you have there. You got them at a great price. I have some graded eagles too. Every time I look at them they get more beautiful. I like NGC too.

Re: SILVER EAGLES
I absolutely fell in love with the Silver Eagles. I am only three or four dates away from my first complete set and have many more stashed to start a second and so on. Wife complains alot about spending 18 - 20 a pop on them, but hell, in 15 - 20 years they should be more than double what I paid.
Remember that 1996 is key and 1986 as well. If you can snag some of them I would suggest getting as many as you can afford if they are in GEM/BU. I also have some graded and slabbed Eagles that won't go into a set, they are to just look at and enjoy, I have a 1999 that is graded MS-70 by NGC and what a difference from GEM/BU
I think I will go back to Morgans again a little later on and maybe some Proof Silver Eagles. Like I said, I am a Coin Collector, Coin Collector Coin Collector.
