Some of my MD collection (1969-2007)
Sorry, I only had 15 or 20 min to take these pics in the bank, so I only got some of it. Some of the pics are a little shaky. Hope you enjoy, will post the rest of the silver and gold finds later. Thanks for looking.

Cheese and Rice! You have found more than your fair share of stuff. To even things out, maybe you should send some of that gold to me...

WOW. I am drooling now. That is a great collection you have there. You are smart to keep it locked in the bank vault

I find it almost scary that that many coins came out of the ground by one man's hand....
P.S. If that thing is platinum that is sooooo insane! I'd love some background on where you found that thing!

Re: Some of my MD collection (1969-2007)
I found the platinum bar back in the early 70s, at an old park,( Lincoln park, Kenosha WI.). This park, at least at that time, was in a not so good part of town. The bar was found at about 5"or6". My Dad had it tested at the American Motors factory lab, but they could not say for sure what type of metal it was. Thanks for showing interest in the platinum bar,(hopefully), Ted750. HH

That bar isn't lead or some type of solder is it? My Dad was a plumber and I remember him having bars like that out in his shop when I was a little kid. FANTASTIC collection by the way!

I don't think it is, it is a hard metal, maybe a little harder than silver, and heavy. Thanks for asking Cannonman17. HH
