Huge rains inland at Emerald flowed down several rivers into the Fitzroy over a couple of weeks.
Fortunately the waters never came high enough to damage personal property.
Then in February it happened again!!!! This time water came higher and some people got flooded. Two floods in consecutive months are unheard of round here.

Sorry to hear of you guys flooding. Floods are never fun.

On the bright side of things just imagine how soft the ground will be!

Yeah Brisbane got hit again last night. Massive amounts of damage, poor buggers.
These flood pics are from back in January. Delayed post ;D
