Beautiful pictures spawn00x. I was stationed at White Sands proving grounds in 1952 to 1954. We use to hang out in Las Cruces on our days off. It was about 10,000 people back then. I bet it has really grown. We tried to climb the mountain back of our barrack and that was a bad decision. We were really bushed an hungry when we got back. The mess hall was closed and we were broke.Ive always wanted to go back and see that place again Isnt there some treasure tales about that mountain?
Thanks for posting your pictures,I enjoyed looking.
