Spring Flowers

I took some pic's of 'Spring Flowers' today, some i don't know the name of, (yellow), but the white clusters are 'locust tree blooms', (thorny).
The red ones are (Honeysuckle), white are 'Blackberry blooms', purple is (Paw-Paw), don't know the rest.

Beautiful colors, Fossis. That yellow flower is what I call "chickweed", may be call something else not sure...they're blooming here too and trying to take over the pasture. Cows won't eat it, besides that if I see one blooming in my yard, I'll sure to be digging it up and throwing in the garbage can.

Thanks Judie, thats good to know, they are 'really taking over' here also, especially where they spread 'chicken litter'.

Me too, it comes close to smelling like 'lilac's', I had to 'have me a good smell'.
The polk is 'coming on,' picked some for my son the other day, i'll get some pic's later.

The blackberry....now that brings back memories from when I was a kid living in Porum OK.
We lived in the country between Porum and Warner. I remember picking berries with my cousin Barbara.
A very long time ago.

My husband doesn't like the Locust trees--he calls them "Jesus trees" with all those thorns and says they are horrible to ride horseback through while chasing cattle!
