Moving in to a new home :)

Put this wren house up today and got the hole dug and the concrete poured and walked away to get a trowell to finish the concrete base and this little guy moved in. Fun little birds to watch.

That's a darling little house. Yep, those wrens are quick on the draw, same way with blue birds. Before you can finish putting the houses up, they moving in.

We have Bluebirds here in Iowa,but Ive never seen one,sure would like to photograph them

DW I put up another house that was a beat up old one that I had at my old house that got flooded, guess he thought this new one was better,maybe FEMA could have helped him out on purchasing this one lol

MF I didn't build this one that he seems to favor. Its actually was put up as a decoration for the flower garden,but he owns it now,
He has a girl friend with him now and looks like there setting up house keeping.

Thanks Ray, there a dandy little bird. From what Ive read the male finds the hoses or nesting area and then the female decides which one she will use.
