YES, glad someone found one and got good photos. I have been looking for years and have yet to find a nest, yet alone an active nest! Congrats and thanks for posting the photos......

Question: How high in the tree was the nest and was it a small or larger tree?

last year they were in the front maple tree...really big tree... this year they moved about 70 yards back to the other big maple tree... about 15 feet up!!! really...if you have a feeder, just watch them for few days after they leave the feeder and see where they go, then ease your way back to the tree, sit in your chair with an ice cold beer, and you'll see the nest. we have the nest from last year after a storm ripped the branch out of the tree. i'll try to get a picture soon!

u can see the babys sticking the heads and beaks out of the nest here!

Nice shot, ohioaxeman! Its amazing to me that they can sit still long enough to hatch any eggs! We have lots that come to our feeders. I think I counted 10 or 12 one evening. They're kinda mean to each other--always poking with those long beaks! But very fun to watch!
