Gateway to the west, bud. I'm from Oklahoma and everybody thinks you have to be either an Indian or Cowboy, and I'm a combination of both. Get the chance, y'all come see us some time.

That's a nicely composed photograph..... Boot in the foreground and the line
stretching into the distance..... mountain nicely centered.
Beautiful country :icon_thumright:

Nice shot Rginn

Well you know what they say, A bad day fishing is better than a great day at work.

You just cant bet the sound of silence, interupted with the odd flapping now and then.

Cheers Sasnz

Keep this up and I'm not going to like you very much Rginn! Just when I think I couldn't possibly get any more jealous of you , you go and post a picture like this! I really could enjoy a day spent in that spot.

Thank you kiwijohn. If I ever master composition I'll be great. I didn't really have a great day fishin, I pretty much spent it takin a picture of my boot. Tony Lamas, too, so that's alright. TennesseeGal, get on up here, there's plenty of room on the bank for another chair. I wish all y'all could make it up here for a little while. We could fish, build a big fire, drink some adult beverages, get asked to leave, get throwed in jail, I don't know, the list goes on.

You have no idea how tempting your offer is. If I ever have to leave Tennessee, you'll have a new neighbor in a heartbeat!

Dillon. Which is actually supplies water for Denver people to water their yards. And the dam is apparently high on the list of targets for terrorists, which has resulted in no end of aggravation for us here in Summit County, due to unannounced restrictions placed on the Dam Road, from time to time. and don't p** in the water, either. Denver folks will be drinking that later. We get our water from a well in upper 10 Mile Canyon.

I have heard there are some gigantic catfish in that body of water. I was talking to one of the divers that do inspection on the Dam and he said they are huge.
